Getting Fancy::

Monday, March 1, 2010

Yesterday we celebrated my niece's 5th Birthday with a fancy Tea Party at my brother's house. Charlotte was so excited to go to her first real tea party. She wore her new yellow dress, got to put on mommy's lip balm, tried on jewelry and we painted our toes and nails mango, her choice. We ate little heart-shaped sandwiches, chocolate covered strawberries and drank fancy punch. The cousins all got to play together, which always makes for a great day.
Charlotte said she thought mommy looked like a real princess with my hair fixed and my fancy earrings. That's quite the compliment coming from her because she can be rather blunt at times, remember this one?
Anyway, a fun and fancy time was had by all.
