peaceful

we spent the day at the cabin saturday.

a whole day of some much needed peace and quiet.

unplugged.

outside.

away.

soaking up the sun, the leaves and...did i mention the quiet?

we didn't see a single car go down our little dirt road all day.

not one.

love that, such a nice change.

i actually laid down on my stomach in the middle of the road for a picture

and didn't even have to worry about a car coming.

i drug a blanket out into the front yard and looked at magazines and watched

 the birds and the clouds....so quiet.

time to think without distraction.

lovely would be an understatement.
