It was calm and pretty and so warm.
We are expecting temps near 70* today and if it wasn't for the crazy wind it would be just perfect.
But wind or not, I am not complaining.
I walked and made a mental list of all the things I can't wait for this Spring, like...
windows open
playing outside
early morning walks
sunshine!
buds on trees
everything slowly turning green
flowers
daydreaming about gardens and planting flowers and working on our backyard
having fires in the fire pit
getting outside with my camera again

What are you looking forward to most about Spring?
I know what I am not looking forward to though...tornado season.
Ughhhhhh, definitely my least favorite part of Spring.
Oh, but I really need this print, don't I?
Actually, I think I would be happy with just about anything by Katie Daisy.
Hope you are enjoying a beautiful day today, too!

ReplyDeleteLove the heart shaped leaf and rock! I can't wait for the SMELL of spring... that smell that I seem to forget in the winter but as soon as I smell it in the air, it's like a sense comes alive in me that's been hibernating for far too long.
ReplyDeletePS- I'm starting a 31 day photography blog challenge today if you'd like to play along! :) http://www.myothercarisacrane.blogspot.com/2012/02/ooops-i-did-it-again.html
I love anything by Katie Daisy too. Her prints are so cheerful!
ReplyDeleteI'm looking forward to gardening. I like laying all the seed packets on the table and admiring the boquet of colors. Tornado season- UGH! I hate it too. Makes me VERY nervous! :(
