3 Tablespoons melted butter
1 Egg
1 cup Milk-more if needed
2 Cups Flour
1/4 Cup Sugar or to taste
3 teaspoons Baking powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
Chocolate Chips- 1 cup or more...I like a lot in mine.
Mix dry ingredients together.
Beat milk, eggs, butter together.
Make a well in the middle of dry ingredients, add liquid ingredients. Mix swiftly with large spoon.
Add Chocolate Chips, mix again.
Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes I think. I don't use a timer though...I just keep an eye on them.
Oh and this is what I'm listening to in the kitchen today...

ReplyDeleteI just sent out a big email to friends and family...they order and we deliver. : ) Word has spread though and we have taken orders from people we don't know, too. Wyatt's preschool ordered them for snack today and he took in the chart we are using to keep track of orders and explained to his class what we are doing. I may have gotten in over my head but I keep telling myself we can do it! : )
