You might want to take a deep breath before you witness the sunlight I captured
this afternoon in my kitchen. Seriously, it's that good. So, so good.
It was like 1* today, tops, so this is just what we needed.
Sunlight, a new $3 apron for the little one and plenty of play food made for lots of fun
in the kitchen today for my girl.

Dear Sun,
I love you. You can make or break my day. For real.
Thank you for gracing us with your presence today.
Love, Amy

Some times the simplest little things is all it takes.
Today was one of those days.
Life is good in my little world when the sun is shining.

  6. So beautiful. I never paid much attention to natural light, but now I found myself looking for it all the time... pulling up the blinds and letting it flood into our house... Yesterday it felt like a beautiful Spring day, so I got ready and took the girls out... only to find it was bloody freezing... It looked like it should be warm though! I love seeing pictures of you and Charlotte. She always looks likes she's having a blast with you! Take care. Lx

  18. Gorgeous sun! As much as I love the warmth of the sun, I'm digging these gusts of wind we're having here today. I love to take my little 6 month old outside to feel the wind fluff up his hair and tickle his little lips. His tongue darts in and out of his mouth in a vain attempt to eat the air. There's something magical about a baby's first experience with something they can feel but cannot see.

Enjoy the great joy of a little peeking sunshine!

  21. You tell a story with your pictures and that is one thing that makes them so wonderful. Thanks for reminding me of the 10 on 10. Tomorrow would be a good day for me to do that because I've got another snow day AND I'm headed out for a getaway with my husband. Hope I can get it done! ~ P.S. Only at second glance did I realize the cupcakes in that photo weren't real. Duh!
